        Important: Because Sales DM CRM is a digital product that provides immediate access upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds.
    

1. Digital Nature of Product

Sales DM CRM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and a digital tool. Since the value of the software is delivered instantly upon payment (through account activation and extension access), all sales are final.

2. Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds for past payments, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Rare Exceptions

Internal review of refund requests may be considered only in the following case:

A verified technical defect that prevents the core service from functioning, which our support team is unable to resolve within 7 business days.
