Authentication Data: We store your authentication tokens (JWT) locally in your browser's secure storage to keep you logged in.
Customer Data: When you use the extension on Instagram, it detects usernames and profile IDs of the people you are chatting with to allow you to save them to your CRM dashboard. This data is sent to our secure servers at salesdmextension.com.
We use the collected information solely to provide the CRM services, including tracking sales stages, notes, and customer history as requested by the user.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. All data transmission between the extension and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.
Our extension operates on Instagram.com. We do not access your Instagram password or any data other than what is necessary to display the CRM sidebar and identify the customer in the current chat window.
